Towards the age
Time, you never spare
You heal or you bare
But it’s not that you be the same
Now and then
Only you move towards the age.
Where you keep the silent tear
During the ocean of fear
Keep my little drops of zest
to heal me
Or to bear.
World Book Day
A little thing can work big. A tiny word has a strong meaning. And there is a book, which can change the way of living.
Love for books is quite different. Because you are addicted to something good. A meaningful and remarkable book can steal your time like a wind. If you are a reader you acknowledge this.

On this particular day, I think people need to develop a reading habit to come out of rolling gadgets. A book never deceives you, a book never makes you feel lonely. To feed your mind, to express your self-taught, no doubt, a book is the best option. Choice is yours.
It may be a comic or a heavy biography, it may be a simple storybook or a novel, it doesn’t matter. What you love to read, that matters. It’s my opinion. What do you think about it?

3 effective ways to enhance your inner beauty
When you say about beauty, it depends on how you define it? Because as per the dictionary, beauty is a combination of various qualities that pleases the aesthetic sense, especially the sight. Anything that looks good always attracts human eyes; a beautiful flower or a beautiful drawing, a beautiful dress or a beautiful smile. But there is something more beyond the sight.
There is no correct statistics to define your beauty. It depends on the way you present yourself and the way you live. More or less the makeup you wear on your face can cover your spots or scars or you can shine but you don’t need to wear anything expensive to reflect your inner beauty. The attire of your intellectual is something different from the so-called designer outfits, which enhances your beauty from inside you. When you feel good from the inside your look good from the outside and when you make your internal beautiful, it echoes your outside.
“True beauty is not really what color your hair is or what color your eyes are. True beauty is about who you are as a human being, your principles, your moral compass.”–Ellen DeGeneres.
I have listed 3 effective steps to enhance your inner beauty to please your soul and to motivate others. I am sure this will work for you.
Find out your unique quality.
We all are created for a good purpose and we all have our unique quality. But you will feel sorry that most of us spend our whole life without knowing that, what is our unique quality?
It is very important to know yourself and to accept yourself as you are. You can nurture your ordinary quality to make it extraordinary. But for that, you need to respect yourself and admire your existence. Unless and until you realize your value you cannot find your hidden qualities. Whatever you accomplish with full of heart, you can see that can grow more inside you.
Let’s simplify it.
1. Respect yourself and believe in yourself.
2.Nurture your ordinary quality and make it extraordinary.
3. Admire every small skill and accomplish it from your heart.
Practice self-love
Self-love is the way to become beautiful internally. It doesn’t mean to be selfish or insensitive. You always do many things to satisfy your near and dear ones. As a family person, you have many roles to play. But you ignore the most important one and that’s you. When you do not accompany yourself, at the end of the day you get dishearten and this leads to irritation, stress, and depressions. Remember, an unsatisfied soul can not satisfy others. A heart full of disappointment can not please others. You must have love and care inside you to pour it outside. So, every day you should do something pleasant to pamper yourself. Like, Cook your favorite meal or listen to your favorite music, or do something that you love to do. Don’t underrate your liking. Be cheerful inside to cheer outside. One truth you can’t deny is that you can not please everyone. Some people will scrutinize your every deed to find out a fault. If you are full of enthusiasm and self-confidence, you will be able to ignore those unfavorable quite easily.
Remember, your journey or your story is as valuable as others. You may feel less powerful but ask yourself from where you have started. Acknowledge your efforts. One life, make it..
Enjoy your company and increase your inner stength. There is nothing strange if you think more about yourself. When you care and pamper yourself it keeps you mentally strong. After all mental health matters. This will help you to stay fit and strong physically. And a healthy person can take care of others, not a patient.
Taking off time for yourself, or enjoying your own company can give rise to a smile from your heart. This smile will always enhance your internal grace.
Include your intellectual growth with self-love. Stay updated and keep learning. Be creative and strengthen your social intelligence.
Be grateful.
Life has given us lots of good things for which we must be grateful every day. Be thankful for all those factors which make life beautiful. Despite so many negativities, an optimist finds out those precise aspects for which life becomes joyous. Look at your surrounding and realize the value of your relationship with your loved one. Stay connected with nature. Look at those beautiful things around you. Although life is a gift.
When you practice gratitude, you become thoughtful and simple. You will start to be more compassionate and feel more humming. This boosts your positive emotion. But there is not always everything in your favor. You experience many negatives in life. These give you a tough challenge and being grateful teaches you to accept and overcome those challenges or on the other hand, you must be thankful for the challenges that impel you more powerful.
So, start listing all those small things for which you’re grateful. Keeping a gratitude journal is the most useful idea. The saying of Henry Ward Beecher is very much related to the topic and that is, “Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul.”
Conclusion
We are not perfect but we have a distinct identity. Our external beauty fades away but the inner beauty which makes us special never evaporates. Good thing is that by enhancing our inner beauty we enjoy life more.
“Beauty is not in the face; beauty is light in the heart.”-Khalil Gibran

Value of simplicity: How to follow simplicity in life.
In this modern era, a simple lifestyle is becoming popular among people who want to live a peaceful and high-quality life. The term simplicity is different for different people. But living a life with simplicity means they have almost the same philosophy of life.
Simplicity is a habit or a perspective that you practice for living. It comes with so many advantages.
When you embrace simplicity in life you understand the value of every penny. You work hard for your living and you have the freedom to choose things for yourself or your’s. There is nothing unusual when you choose a few amenities over simplicity. Because simplicity is not the opposite of amenity. It is the opposite of complexity. When you mess up your living with unnecessary it creates complexity.
“Simplicity is the final achievement. After one has played vast quality of notes and more notes, it is simplicity that emerges as the crowning reward of art.” –Fredreic Chopin.
Simplicity teaches us to be more focused on the stuff that matters more. This is how we get rid of the distraction from unwanted noisy stuff. Here is the term minimalism comes to our mind. But I think minimalism refers to the term simplicity but simplicity doesn’t always ask to be minimalist. Though simplicity sounds more similar to minimalism but to be a minimalist we need to be sharp and need to adopt extreme spareness. In the other hand, simplicity is a state of mind to stay uncomplicated and modest.
Choosing the policy of simplicity reduces stress and debt and produces adore and sympathy. You laugh more when you learn to be simple. You enjoy your every little win when you adopt simplicity in life. This makes your mind clutter-free along with your home and workspace.
Simple living and high thinking. This line holds the additional miles when you cultivate simplicity because you become more open with an uncomplicated living. You prefer to be realistic rather than materialistic. Your happiness doesn’t depend on things. It depends on your state of mind. Your quality of thoughts boosts with your lifestyle.
Accept simplicity from your heart. If you want to embrace simplicity in life you need to think and accept it from your heart. You need to fall in love with it. Because only strategies are not going to work for you. Your heart and your soul must have the urge for it.
How to follow simplicity in life?
You live a life in your way. If you are someone who doesn’t have time to be a part of an unnecessary drama, then simplicity is the precise route for you. It is as simple as being natural. Let’s have a look at some basic points to follow a simpler lifestyle.
1. Remember life is simple. It becomes complicated when you don’t have the right attitude. So change your attitude to simplify everything in your life.
2. Be yourself. Know yourself. Keep consuming positivity. Don’t be overly concerned about others judgement.
3. Stop being fake. Unneeded show-off should be avoided. Be natural. When you find the true vision of being natural you will realise what makes more elegant. Your wisdom and learnings are more expensive than your elements.
4. Be more creative. Do meditation to connect your sanity. Allow yourself to breathe freely.
5. Remove toxins from your life. Identify those toxins which create trouble. Toxic people or toxic appliances need to be wiped out.
6.Declutter your home and workspace. You don’t need to throw out the storages but be organised with them.
7. Understand that you don’t need to satisfy everyone. If you try to please each one at a time things will be more complicated for you. Stay away from it.
Conclusion
Simplicity differs from person to person. But Life is as simple as that. Accepting simplicity will lead to a more successful life. Think about the complicated mathematics of your textbook..and feel what happens when you simplify it and get the answer. It feels so good. Isn’t it? Simplification of lifestyle is as good as that.
What is your understanding of simplicity in life? Will you like to add more points to the list?
One life, make it..
Everything in our life happens with an intention. The life cycle of a human being mostly from the stroller to a wheelchair is a unique chapter of the vast subject called life. We all have come to live a life with dignity. No one can steal our birthright. But how many times we realise it? Do we embrace life with pride?
Let’s simplify it. When we realise life as a gift we cherish it. Isn’t it?
Some create history and some fights to create their identity. Barriers are different but exist for all. Some put effort to set boundaries for others and some are struggling to break it.
Life is like a cricket match. Social life or personal life, always has it’s boundaries. You may not hit an over the boundary. But still, you can play the match to the last over with patience and technique or if you cannot stay long, you still have the opportunity to score more. It depends on you. Your practice makes you perfect. And surprisingly life is all about practising some habits.
The religion we practise or the culture we practice is nothing but a habitual life force. We are following something without a change or we are changing something to follow that. But if you understand what makes the difference between an ordinary and extraordinary you will see the life as significant. Every little thought matters in your life. When you have the opportunity to make it delightful and worthy, why not try?
Make it.
1.You’re not alone. You have faced a lot of obstacles, but remember this always, there are millions of people who have a certain fight. Everyone has a story. The untold story that can teach others so many life lessons. Your story can also be specific and inspiring if you learn how to cope with life’s difficulties.
2.Leave the past and live in present. You cannot change what happened in the past. So, why don’t let it go? This moment is yours. If you live this moment fullest then your tomorrow is going to be delighted.
3. Understand the responsibility. Your life is yours but you have some responsibility towards it. You can choose your comfort zone to hide yourself or you can choose to come out of your comfort zone to be an inspiration. We live only one life and influence so many lives. Isn’t it enough to a responsible one?
4.Be courageous. It doesn’t matter how small or big you are it matters how courageous you are. A tiny ant falls a hundred times when it brings food but still goes on. The little bird doesn’t leave to build it’s a nest for fear for a storm. Step forward if you have a dream. Your one-step can open the door to your destiny.
5.Build your character before you build the empire. As a human being, we always have scopes for self modifications. Look at the area of your struggle, work on it. Be humble, practice kindness, learn leadership, but how? Is it that easy? No. Building character is a life long practice. It requires commitment and practice.
6. Your contribution is invaluable. Whoever you are, you retain some contribution to your community, good or bad, big or small, but it happens. Who does not want to be a good contributor? If you are positively driven then you can make a useful contribution. For that, your small act can make a big difference.
You need to realise how you can make a difference because life is full of opportunity if you learn it.
“You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.” — Mae West.
Do you feel this type of motivation works to drive on the right path?

Hope shouldn’t die
Hope shouldn’t die
If you want to fly,
To touch the sky
With your soul.
Who knows you?
Nevermind.
Wings that come
From your sanity
You know
There is something
Who drags you
To the mud
But if you see
A little sapling
Always looks up,
Though it knows
The sky never comes to it
Still, it grows
Looking up the high.
Never claim it as poetry just I am trying to express my thoughts poetically.
I am hopeful. Looking up the high. Miles to go and lets hope never die.
Welcome, 2021.

My New Year Resolutions and Greetings to All.
The year 2020 is about to end and with the roller coaster ride of this year, this unpredictable year has changed me to some extent. Although I am optimistic about 2021, like every year I take some resolution as a ritual. The word ‘ritual’ sounds so silly here but trust me from my high school days I am doing it. I make a big list of new year resolution and several promises to myself and then my tempo slows down day by day, month by month🤪 But I never give up and next year again I prepare my list.
It’s time to be more serious. As a teenager, I never worried about my incomplete tasks. I had a mindset that there is enough time to accomplish my objective. I was like a free bird. With it’s okay kind of attitude I just moved forward without regrets. But time flies. Situation changes. Fair or unfair, every situation is yours. That carefree time vanished soon. I used to become worried about the future. Mistakes and learnings are intense to establish a standard of living.
2020 established a new normal. Life in 2020 was beyond the expectation. This year had another story. I started my very first day of 2020 with tremendous pain and discomfort with the high trigger of fibromyalgia. There was nothing optimistic about my health. It devastated me. For the first three months of 2020, I moved from one health clinic to another, from one specialist to another. And then COVID-19 hit and lockdown started. This situation changed my mindset and tried my 100% to my family. I somehow stood up against fibromyalgia and life took another turn. Living with unpredictability educated us about the significance of physical and mental health. New norms and new habits developed. Moreover, the most important thing was healthy living and being grateful to Almighty for providing us mental, physical and financial strength.
New Year’s resolution with new learning. Certainly, learning a lot of recent things will help me make these resolutions for the coming year. I am about to think twice about it because this time I am obliged to set something very important.
1.Cutting of toxicity from life.
There were some very serious issues in our social life due to some toxic mind. I faced some surprising creatures at the very first stage of this pandemic situation. Those who spread hatred in society are not a part of my social relation anymore. Similarly, those who try to add negativity in my life will be avoided. I cannot stop them but I can ignore them. So, no to toxicity
2.Priority to mental health.
Mental health matters, more or less we all have some issues and it should not be neglected. Stress, anxiety, depression are frequently using terms nowadays. I will feed my mind as I am determined to take a healthy diet for both mind and body. The best thing I found to feed my mind is reading books. I have a list of books which I am going to read throughout the year. I know, as a fibromyalgia fighter I need to keep my mind positive to stay fit and healthy.
3.Family goals. As a parent and as a wife I have many responsibilities. My son is now a big boy. He is now 12 years old. This stage is very crucial for him as well as for me. He needs proper guidance for his fast-growing mental and physical health. My daughter is only 5 years old and she is about to complete her first year of school without going to school for a single day. In the lockdown period, we keep our children away from the unnecessary use of electronic gadgets. It happened only because of their obedient nature and our previous strategies. I am determined to provide my son with his first mobile phone after his 10th. In 2021I will focus on my children’s study and physical fitness. They need more physical and mental training and for that, we are going to start their Yoga classes. In 2020 it was impossible to send them anywhere but I hope the coming year will be better and productive for them. They need more space and a more constructive direction, for that, I am setting a few to do with them.
4.More savings. This pandemic taught us the value of savings. I feel this time we need to more serious about our savings. I am taking a resolution to cut down some needless expenses. More savings for more financial stability, this is my viewpoint.
5.To be a facilitator in the matter of finance. For some reasons, I have opted to be a stay at home mom and quit my job. But this time I know that I can add some financial value to our living. Working from home is another innings of my life.
6.Read more and write more. Yes, as a blogger I get my kick in reading and more I read more I write.
Conclusion
The list is not so long but the resolutions are strong. hope for the best. May 2021 bring peace and prosperity to our lives. It is hoped that soon the whole world will be freed from this invisible enemy.
Best wishes to all of you on New Year 2021. Stay safe and stay strong. Hope your wishes come true and this new year will bring colour and happiness to your life.
With love

Learning from the sky:20 Beautiful quotes
Whenever I looked up the sky in my childhood, I thought who paints it. The blue and white colour of the sky always fascinated me. I learned in childhood, the sky teaches us about comprehensive thinking. I was advised to look up the sky at least once a day.
This was my first learning to be a broad-minded person. One world and we are all connected because we are under the same sky. The same sky who teaches us to be wide. It is the witness of our struggles and commitments. Our laugh and grief, our shadow and glow are never hidden from it. We know the sky has no limits. This is how the sky inspires us to be optimistic. It makes us more positive about life. We learn to dream big, fly high or keep peace from the sky. The sky teaches us, just as the cloud cannot conceal the sun, in the same way, nothing can conceal the truth.
Don’t ignore the learning from the sky that leads to a new awakening. Here I am listing some highly motivating quotes that l have collected from the internet and these quotes are truly inspiring to me, I am sure you will find it invaluable.
