Endless thoughts..

Your or mine

Life is like a bottle of wine.

With years and years

It comes stronger

the taste, the smell, or the color.

A huge void is everywhere today. We don’t know where we are heading to. The void due to uncertainty of life, the void due to fear of losing someone is today’s reality. Keeping distance is the medicine of today’s illness. Gone are days when we celebrate togetherness.

Life indoors is more difficult to carry on. But we are helpless because we can not see our enemy. Was it our destiny? Millions of people taking their last breath because breathing is now the most expensive thing. Can we just play hide and seek or stand fearless in front of this pandemic?

Today being positive is no more positive. But we are positive, Positive towards a new dawn. Who will bring this new light? We together or alone? Let’s keep aside all the fear and anxiety and think about whom you are carrying in your heart now and then. Distances can not stop you to carry someone in your heart.

Although there is silence everywhere, we are still busy in our lives. We have many great deals on our heads. What will happen next? We are busy with our frustration, we are busy with our plans, gossip, anger and more. Relax and ask yourself, when there is a better option then why are all these keeping us busy? Yes, there is a better option to stay busy and it is you. You can find yourself in a new way. Listen to your heart and body, it has been whispering to you for many years. Do not ignore it as before. Spread love and care and start it with yourself.

There is no end of thoughts…to be continued..

My young lady.

She scolds me,

Mama, still the spoons are messy…

Looking at me, with care

She use to say, “Mama, why you are becoming fatty?”

Oh, my young lady, you are the one

For whom I am always busy.

Tieing your hair, I often she

You are the one, who reflects me.

Every day your hundreds of questions and the most loving one is, “Mama when you’ll grow up, what do you wanna be?”

I say Mama grew up already.

Now the time is to look you growing happy.

Then she asks, “when I’ll grow up will you be able to recognize me?”

Of course my dear….

“But if I become Pikachu I guess you won’t
Stay as my mummy.”

Here is my turn to be surprised entirely.

Candid moment with my young lady🥰

Life goes on..

It is a big dilemma that… life is short when you like it and life becomes very long when you do not enjoy it. Above all, we live life with joy and grief, with struggle and glory. It has many stages but we live so many times to die once. Just after birth, we start to play many roles. A script has written for you where you have to play many roles and you may not get the best performer award, you may not be the superstar but still, you can sparkle like a star.

It was difficult for me to stay away from what I love. Without reading and writing, I was just struggling with my hard days due to bad health conditions. But there was something that always realizes me pick up stones of my path and built a staircase to step upwards.

Although life is not a bed of roses. Hardships are there to make or to break you, but nobody is there without testing life’s hardship. In my hard time, I prefer to read and repeat these beautiful lines in life.

Life has many ways of testing a person’s will, either by having nothing happen at all or by having everything happen all at once.”- Paulo Coelho

I will love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness for it shows me the stars.”- Og Mandino

In tough times, everyone has to take their share of the pain.”-Theresa May

Life goes on…

Thanks for reading😊

A day dedicated to women

Do women need a special day to celebrate? I always have this question in my mind. Every day should be women’s day, men’s day, humans’ day. But to celebrate it especially, of course, go with it. Adore all ladies in your life a little more on this day or thank them for their existence, which makes a difference in your life.

But where are the women today? Are they happy to say a “Happy women’s day”? It’s been a long way since women fighting with enormous foes to live with dignity. When they transform a house into a home, when giving birth to a life, when they prepare a meal, have they been saluted for all? Why they need a special treat when every second a woman dies for a dowry when every day a girl child is killed in a womb of a woman itself. The way a woman said goodbye on the bank of the river Sabarmati was one of the cruel truths of today’s society. Is she one and only, no,there are millions of women still waiting for a river Sabarmati to accept her.

Time has been changed. The brain is added with beauty. When she, the woman starts to believe in herself and opens her wings to fly high, stop dragging her to her odds.

She, the woman, not just a body. Respect her existence and let the mother sleep peacefully rather than haunt her with that worry of hiding her daughter from the hungry eyes which measure her statistics.

To be very honest, I am a woman and that’s my gender, not my specialty. When you have to celebrate women’s hood, establish equality, and celebrate humanity. Don’t ask a man for it, ask yourself when and how you feel as a woman that you should be treated equally by society. Before everything smashed between feminism and pseudo feminism I want to choose today and always humanism proudly.

But above all, if there is a little way to celebrate life and never miss the opportunity. Be happy to say Happy women’s day to the world where women still live with uncertainty.

Disclaimer

I love to spread positivity to make life beautiful but on this special day, I didn’t find any option rather than to show a bit of reality. It’s my point of view, but still, I respect each and everyone’s emotions. You may not think like me but you and I always “we”. We…we are women, we are human.

Here are my answers to Lokesh’s questions.

1.Your all-time favorite book/movie?

There are so many on the list but if I have to mention one, then it is The monk who sold his Ferrari by Robin Sarma. This book is about the purpose of life, about devotion to life. The importance of selflessly serving others, living in the present, self-discipline, self-mastery, power of words, power of silence, opposite thinking, and many lessons that I found from the book which are firmly taking off benefit me in my daily life.

2.Iced coffee or milk tea?

Milk tea.

3.If you had the ability to turn back time, what period would you return to?

Wow, if I had the ability to turn back time…I will do so many things and one is I will get back my father whom I lost at the age of 16.

4. If you could swap lives with a celebrity for a day, who would it be?

No specific name, but probably with a celebrity author or a celebrity motivational speaker.

5. If this pandemic never existed, what would you be doing right now?

I am a homemaker, a stay-at-home mother and I don’t think the existence of a pandemic makes any difference in a stay-at-home mother’s life. But due to this pandemic situation, I acknowledged what is the value of optimism in life.

6. If you could get rid of any vegetable or fruit in the entire world, what would it be and why?

I have likes and dislikes but I eat almost every fruit and vegetable.

7.Name one musical instrument have always wanted to learn how to play?

Violin. This musical instrument always attacks me. I enjoy the way musicians play the violin.

8. If you have the opportunity to make up a word and have it added to the dictionary, what it would be and what does it mean?

One word of my own would be chinka. It’s my daughter’s word and the meaning is chicken 😄 I love the way she used to chinka for chicken.

9. Name three items from your wishlist.

a. A big library.

b. A farmhouse where I can grow so many organic veggies and fruits along with colorful blossoms.

c. Set up a free kitchen for the needy, whom I meet on every sidewalk in my city.

10. If you could meet one famous person dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam, Ex-President of India, The Missile Man. I admire his philosophy of life, his every quote is realistic. He was an example of a real icon.

11. Your life goals. Name at least two

a. Write more and more and publish my book.

b. Free from Fibromyalgia🙏

Now I have to nominate 11 people. It’s hard to choose only 11 among all. So with the same questions, I would love to nominate you all.

Thank you so much for reading. Stay connected with rosida’s zone

Sleeping babies😇😇

My mother’s pet.

These sleeping babies are the sunshine of my mother’s home. My youngest sister sent me these pics. These three beauties have their standards of living. They always share a good bonding. Looking at these pics, I remember our mother used to tell us that her pets share more love and care than her children😅(at that time we were Lil children and had another cutie)
