People come to world with a unique message. Everyone in this world has their own identity. The identity given by parents or the identity given by society doesn’t matter.But it matters if you have something to give others,to the society to your generation.The Creator creates all with a definite purpose. But if you deny the beauty of purpose in life you only live the life. Life is not only to live. Life is to celebrate.But how? It is easy to write any philosophical idea but is it really easy to do so.May be or may not, it is up to you.You the only who can write your destiny.Your actions build your habit and your habit leads you to your destiny. So if you can control your every tiny act you can build good habits and this will lead to a desired destiny.

Every small step matters and every moment you live in your life is meaningful. Because there is only one life and a thousands of dreams, wishes and hopes.You want life in abundance.But you never even know where your satisfaction lies.This creates trouble.Life is not a straight and smooth path to walk freely.Rocks and mud, up and down, leaves and curves are ever in your way.There are obstacles lying on your path.The way you deal with the obstacles and hardships of life transform you to a new version of your own.It depends on you what do you want in your new version,a better you or a weaker you.

You know where your happiness lies.You know how you can feel happy.Choosing happiness doesn’t mean that you are not ready to deal with your emotions like grief,anger or disappointment.

You can celebrate life in many ways. But things you love to do must be known by you. That does not mean only the things you love to do can inspire you to live happily. You need to adopt positivity to make your life worthy.You can choose to do some really productive and value-added activities to celebrate the life.

1.Gardening.

I love this. Planting varities of flowers and plants in your garden is simply amazing. The tiny plants growing day by day with your care and love give you imense happiness.

2.Do something for needy people.

Practicing kindness in everyday brings more happiness to your life. Though we know kindness is great virtue but we sometimes stay out of it to manage our stressful life. A little act of kindness makes a big difference in life.Donating an amount or clothes or food to a needy person is a act of kindness.Your small act can bring smile to othres face. Imagine a child whom you are providing food or clothes or education,how peaceful and blissful for him it ts. Isn’t this way to clebrating life?

3.Play with kids.

Let your inner child come out.Play your favourite games of childhood with kids.This sounds crazy but I believe it brings happiness to your mind.

4.Help a stranger.

Another way to celebrate life is by helping a stranger. You help someone without knowing him is really a big deal.

5.Spend time with nature.

Persist and spend longer period with nature can heal your body and mind.But this seems impossible for today’s busy people. The super fast techonology dependent lives are hardly able to connect with nature.But the more you spend time with nature the more you thrive.So be sure that you are going to watch the sun rise and sun set to reduce stress and to have more zest in your life.Nature improves your vitality. So move forward to celebrate your life with nature.

If you choose to be happy in your life find every small opportunity to celebrate it.Because life is a gift. Say no to garbage in mind:Protect and clean up your mind

Keeping your mind healthy is as important as keeping the body healthy and fit.Every day we consume negativity from various sources which fills our mind with garbage. Let the garbage out.

1. Stay away from those selling negativity.

A healthy mind is important to live a healthy and sucessful life.To keep your mind healthy you need to stay away from toxic people and dirty media.Because there are only these two major resources exist to spread negativity in people and society.Some toxic mind are there to fulfill their evil intention and they attracts them who are mentally weak or you can say, they sell negativity to the buyers who do not have a strong and healthy mindset.I personally use to stay away from all dirty media which sell only negativity.There is no point wasting your time and energy on their so called breaking news. A crappy news or a worthless reading is enough to feed your mind with negativity or to squeeze your energy.Don’t you think it is better to avoid it? Because you cannot control others thought but you can control your consumption.

2.Active mind lives active life.

Although our mind never takes rest.It keeps thinking of something all the time.But it can not be called as active mind.Because an active mind always works on productive thoughts.About 60,000 thoughts come to our mind in a single day. That is unbelievable but true.There are hardly any productive ideas among this vast number of thoughts.

To strengthen the mind we need to train our brain in a proper way. The brain needs nourishment.Doing certain brain exercises keeps our mind active. Some effective exercises and diet for the brain are Reading a book,listening to good music, brain games, puzzle words ,learning and teaching a new skill,meditation etc. By doing these exercises mind remains calm and sharp,build concentration and boost intelligence.An active mind depends on what are you feeding and doing to your brain.

3.Work on disturbing thoughts.

Disturbing thoughts are nothing strange in the mind. Which is common to everyone. But the amount of disturbing thoughts and kind of disturbances may related to your mental health. Know how harmful these thoughts are.Find out the source of those disturbing thoughts.If one thinks of committing self-murder every moment, it is indeed serious and dangerous to his mental health.Disturbing thoughts often focus on violence,past traumatic incidents,unusual physical desires, self destructive and many more.It has no specific category and is not the same for everyone. But physical and mental exercises must be done to deal with persistent destructive and disturbing thoughts.Get rid of the disturbing thoughts by feeding your mind positive thoughts as affirmation. Listen to yourself and find out how your mind get corrupted.If it leads to destruction seek others help or talk to your trustworthy one.Practice positive self talk.Make sure you are not filling your mind with unnecessary and worthless thoughts.Developing a hobby, positive and encouraging people, taking proper mental and physical diet and reducing the intake of aggressive mass media content helps you to take the trash out of your mind.

Listen To Your InnerVoice: Know The Effective Ways.

This morning I was having tea with some biscuits and while eating it I was feeling it is not good for me. I was consciously warning myself.This sugary and refined biscuits are not for me. Then I stopped myself to have it more. We often hear a voice from our heart which guides us in our way. This small but still strong voice is our inner voice or we call it gut,inner wisdom,inner calling,instinct etc.

Why should we listen to our inner voice?

Our inner voice is that sense or feeling which acts as our guide for time to time.We often talk about our sixth sense.That sense which is strong and wondering.But sometime we just ignore that inner voice or you can say ‘internal dialogues’.Take a pause and think, how many times you have regret for not trusting or underestimating your inner voice?I can bet you that you will say, many times.Mostly we have a doubt on that voice.For which we can not catch that.

How can I listen to my inner voice?

It is important to catch that voice coming from deep of your soul to recognise yourself.Because it reflects your belief system. We often misunderstand our head noise from inner voice. We talk to us nonstop all day long.That is self talk. Which creates a noise in our head. It may positive but mostly it is negative.So don’t mix up your inner voice with that noise.

To make a connection with your inner voice you need to stay calm.More you stay calm your inner voice become more strong.An anxious mind and body can not connect with it. So to listen to your inner wisdom or voice learn to control your anger and anxiety.

Meditation is the best way to stay calm.Take a deep breath when you feel anxious.Visualize yourself at a calm and cool state of mind.This helps tremendously to stay calm and listen to the voice of your soul.

Not to worry. If you are worrying about your own fortune and stressing your mind at every situation then it becomes difficult to catch the voice you hear from your soul.To get rid of your worries practice opposite thinking.

We often get stuck between our brain and heart. Sometime our brain opposes our heart and we accept the decision of our brain. The lack of faith to our fate makes us to do this. This is true that we cannot depend on our fate for every situation without taking any action but we can not deny the fortune.This is actually not only about the fate but about the spirituality too.

Control over yourself. Listening to the deep calling of your inner world depends on how much control you have on yourself.It is important to be relax and peaceful towards the ongoing situation.Don’t let othe head noise becomes more powerful and dominating to you.

The pattern of your inner voice is also important to know.Look back and collect those inner callings you have had so far.Then you can see the similarities and realize that pattern of your inner voice. I can find out more often I get the advice how to avoid blunders in my past and how should I not repeat those.

Conclusion

Again you may have lots of confusion that what is my inner voice which I have to follow or listen carefully. Because your head is twisting all the thoughts along like your fear,your hope or your desire. At this dilemma talk to your confusion and simplify your thought process.Make a good conversation with your confusion like you are discussing to someone who is seeking your help.Give yourself the space to interact with you and let your inner voice stronger than earlier . The more you connect with your inner voice the more know your worth.

Today Assam is mourning on the death of ex-chief minister Shri Tarun Gogoi at age of 86. He served as the Chief Minister of Assam for 15 consecutive years(2001-2016). Shri Tarun Gogoi was one of most successful political leader of India. He was a prestigious member of Indian National Congress.

He was in critical condition for last few weeks due to post COVID-19 complication and multiple organ failure.

It is hard to say final goodbye to such a legend. He was people’s leader. His smiling face,his simplicity will always going to be missed. People of Assam will remember him as their most favourite CM.

To bring a new dawn to Assam,your contribution to establishing a prosperous Assam will always be remembered.🙏🙏

How To Deal With A Bad Day..

Every day when we wake up..we open our eyes we thank Almighty for an another day.A day with a new hope ..a day with a new prospective. But those gloomy days when you just want to be alone or want to hide yourself from everyone,are really tough to deal with.

To end your bad day with a good note need little effort from you.Here are some ways to deal with a real bad day.

1.Uplift yourself with a smile.

I know there is no switch to off the negativity at a moment. But there is a beautiful thing to welcome positivity.That is your smile. The curve in your face is the most beautiful thing you can wear. You don’t need to pay a penny to wear this most expensive attiare. The magic of a smile can uplift your mind anywhere you need.So wear a smile to do magic.

2.Change your mind with opposite thinking.

Opposite thinking,is a constructive way to get rid of worries.This simple technique can do magic in your life.This is nothing but a simple exercise to create a positive mindset.

As soon as you feel sad,take a deep breathe and find out the cause of your sadness.If you really want to change your mood just do the opposite of it. Do those things,what you do in a  happy mood.For first few attempt you may feel awkward but everything depends on our desire. Desire, to change the mindset;desire, to feel good.That morning when nasty feelings occupy your mind, say repeatedly to yourself , “It is a beautiful day”.Thus you start to feel good with thinking opposite what you feel. Because your brain starts to feel the day really beautiful.

3.Take a Good meal.

A good meal can make you feel good.For that choose your favourite one.Give a treat to you with a happy meal.I remember,in my childhood my father used to bring my favourite sweets when I fall in sick. That ‘meal therapy'(according to me it’s a therapy) was really magical.Now I also apply this ‘therapy’.

3.Rearrange your room.

This is a fantastic idea to get rid of negative feelings.When you pay attention to rearrange your room or home your mind starts to feel good.Decorating furnitures or room is an art.Do something creative to get out of a crummy day.

5.Nothing is permanent.

No matter how happy you are in your life but there is always a bad day in your way which you really don’t want to bear.But the truth is that there is nothing permanent,even your bad day.So think positive.

6.Write down your feelings.

Well,there is nothing serious but writing your feelings in your diary or anywhere will let your mind feel free from the discomfort.Sometime when I really feel stressful and fusrated I write all my feelings in a page and then I burn it. With this technique I feel relaxed from those negative thoughts.

Remember everything happens for a cause and there is always a scope to learn from every situation.Your bad day comes to teach you some lessons and makes you stronger than earlier. Minimize Kids Screen Time In This Pandemic Situation

The outbreak of COVID-19 hit affected the whole world with some unpredictability.It was beyond our imagination.Some countries are trying to normalize and some are still stuck. Social distancing and isolation is now the new normal.

In this pandemic situation parents are facing lots of challenges to raise their kids.All of sudden the whole scenario has been changed.Before the pandemic, kids were not allowed to bring mobile phones to school and now schooling is going on mobile phones.The situation has maximized kids screen time and we have no other choices.

It is known that digital space is no longer safe for young children.Lots of issues are rising with this.Not all, but most kids already have an addiction of mobile/digital space.At this point it is the toughest challenge for parents to raise kids. Due to less physical activities and home isolation it becomes more worse to deal with their demands.It has increased parents struggle to mantain kids mental and physical health.

As a parent how I reduced my kids screen time?

Like almost every mother I was always aware of my kids interest.I tried my level best to increase their interest in other activities.Besides mobile games,YouTube videos,TVshows they love to read books,make cartoons and also drawing.This helped me a lot to shift their interest from digital space to other activities.

Some steps really helped me.

1.Kids immitate us.So I choosed to read books rather than using mobile phone infornt of them.This helped me and my kids equally. Thankfully I have cultivated reading habit since my childhood.Now my kids are also developing this habit.

2.Buy atleast two new books in a month.Kids love new things.But that doesn’t mean that you need to buy new things for them frequently. But in case of book it is good to buy new books to increase their interest in reading.I use to buy atleast two book in a month to encourage them.Due to the new book they try to finish their old books first.This makes me really very happy.

3.They are bound to use screen to do their school activity.But I never allow them to use our phones without permission.

4.Ask for help in my house chores.I use to take help from them. I have assigned some particular works for them on regular basis e.g. folding their clothes,arrange study table,make the bed,watering plants.Since my elder son is 12 years old,he can guide his younger sister who is now 5 years old and they too enjoy their company.

5.Encourage them to explore their creativity.Every kid is unique.He or she has a unique quality. But it is important to know what is that.Parents plays a vital role in exploring their kids creative mind.When you idendtify the quality of your kids,you should encourage them to be more creative. I have realised that my kids love to draw and I give them a comfortable space to do it. Along with that space I always encourage them to be more creative.Now they have adopted it as their hobby.

6.Time table.It is not possible that your kids will totally avoid digital space. But you can reduce the use of gadgets by making a time table. Like their study time table there should be a strict time table for Television or mobile/computer.I am doing this and it really helps me.Now my kids watch TV twice in a week for maximum two hours.For computer games, the same instruction they follow. With this they are also happy. By getting a pre set time table they never get fusrated to quit their game or show.

7.Gadgets are not only for fun, these are educational tools also.This is the reason for which we can’t totally avoid gadgets.We should teach our kids the importance of gadgets.They should know that gadgets are not toys. For that, parents should avoid using their mobile phone,tablets or other gadgets infornt of kids,for their entertainment.

There are some horrifying data in internet about kids and teens gadgets addiction.Where young kids spend approx 6 hrs and teens spend more than 9 hrs with gadgets in a day.Is it acceptable for parents?For sure ‘No’.

We can make excuses by saying our kids are stubborn,they are out of control.But with few commitment and dedication we can control their screen time before they get out of control.It is possible to live an active and healthy childhood with limited use of screen time for our children.With this realization, I put my efforts to minimize my kids screen time and I succeed it.

How to Stop Seeking Validation From Others:Effective Ways.

Do you remember when you were a kid, what you seek on an accomplishment of your little act?As a kid I used to seek my parents and teachers validation.And there was nothing bad.It was absolutely normal that you ask others feedback or acknowledgement as a kid.Receiving others approval or a reward makes us feel good, though the feeling is temporary.

But if you see the other side of the coin you will easly realize that how we become habitual to others opinions or feedback right from our childhood. Thus we learn to depend on others for our own matters.This makes us to depend on others approval.

You may seek valdation from others on your work,achievement ,ideas or choices. You may have countless reasons in support of others validation.But seeking for others validation is an immature act if you don’t have self-worth.

We love to receive rewards,we feel happy if someone praises us andwe also want to be recognised by others.These come to us spontaneously.This is how we handover our happiness to others hand.

Here I am sharing some action steps, to reduce seeking others validation at every situation.

Know your value.

Seeking others validation is okey if you have self-validation. If you know how worthy you are then your happiness or feelings will not totally depend on others recognition or opinion.

Boost your confidence.

Lack of self-confidence is one prime reason for seeking others validation.So be confident enough that your happiness will not depend on others opinion.You must have the guts to take risk. Here I am not saying about any dangerous stunt. But to start with something new or different you must have the confidence on you. Otherwise you will keep thinking what other people will say about you or your startup.

Different people different opinion.

Do you think that people whom you are caring so much are same?Are they have same mentality? It is impossible. They are different and their likes,dislikes or opinions are also different.Since you are constantly seeking others validation your progress is stuck in defferent types of opinions of different types of people.So know what are you losing.

Reduce Social Anxiety

We live in a society and we have some assigned responsibility towards our society.To continue with social harmony we must follow some rules and regulations. But it is not that you have to think every time how the society is going to judge you. Fear of social negative judgement leads to social anxiety.So don’t let others judgement control your feelings.Do what you like, in a healthy way and with no guilt.Without harming social harmony and diversity learn to attain your well deserving life.People who are going to judge you,they are also judged by others.

Conclusion

You are the only person who better know about your needs and desire.Stop worrying about others opinion on you.Don’t let others to control you.Your happiness should be in your hand, not others hand. Subsequently by stoping to seek others validation you will able receive it spontaneously. You will also able to attract others.They themselves will come to acknowledge you.

My Story:Life With Fibromyalgia.



Every morning waking up with tremendous pain in my body..I feel like stepping back.I feel it is goining to kill me very soon. But then I ask myself is my pain more stronger than my wills?The answer is ‘no’.

I am struggling with Fibromyalgia.You can say it is the pain in my brain. But trust me it is not like that. I am making an adjustment with chornic pain.

Life has lots of challenges and these challenges make you strong. They mould you,they fold you. It is up to you how you face those challenges.

I have learned from life’s hardships that untill you give up no obstacle can defeat you.

It was difficult to handle everything with Fibromyalgia. My physical condition devastated me.But my one step towards recovery has made a big difference. I realized that Almighty has given me something very tough because he knows I have the power to handle it.He is planning something better for me.I know these pains are only in my body and my brain is strong enough to deal with such pain.

My acceptance and willpower helped me to stand up like a warrior.This is how I motivated myself..

I set small goals to achieve on time.Without being harsh I complete to my chores. I know my body needs proper movements and proper rest equally. Earlier I put effort to start my days with a smile. Now the smile comes easily despite of having a sleepless night.

I am feedind my mind with positive toughts.I have cultivate reading habit since my childhood and this habit now helps me to stay motivated for long time. You can check my earlier blog How To Build Reading Habit.

Motivation works. It is like a medicine to me. I am now able to build strong inner stength by training my mind and body.

This is my story..my real story. I know we all are in different places putting the same shoes. There is no grief for such a life in my mind because life can be more complicated without any physical complexity. It depends on us. Living a life with positivity and kindness is giving me imense power to deal with the chaos.

Stop comparing yourself to others. Compare yourself to you. Focus on what can you do instead of what cannot you do.

4.Take your responsibility.

Don’t wait to others come and help you. Be your own boss. Don’t blame others for your failures. You are responsible for your every wins and defeats.

5.Know the purpose of your life.

Life without purpose has no light.Life become beautiful when you know the purpose of your life.The purpose of your life can motivate you for long time.

6. Do little things to pamper yourself.

Spend time with you.Love yourself. Take care of yourself. Eat healthy food,Drink lots of water,do exercise on regular basis,listen to good music and take proper sleep.

7.Stay away from negative people.

Your all motivation vanish if you stay with negative people. Atleast don’t buy negativity from their. Keep distance.

8.Celebrate your every small win.

Your every single win matters. When you complete a small task you feel energetic and motivated. Give yourself a gift and celebrate your win and see the magic.

Life Lesson I Learned In 2020:

What happened in this 2020 never seen before.Whole world had stuck. Actually the year 2020 is like a roller coaster ride. Lots of ups and downs have seen.

We always welcome new years with lots of resolutions,expectations and we set targets too. In terms of health,wealth,relations and many more. But the 2020 taught me that we can not predict the tomorrow. Yes.

Who thought that the year started with all time high economy in stock market will face such a crisis within a couple of months. Most countries shut down their economy in such a unprecedented way.

Unpredictable things started to happen.Large numbers of people lost their job…suffering terrible situations and as a result depression,drug ovrdose,suicides skyrocketed.

Yes..2020 has created history. Despite of so many negativities we are still in a hope..our normal life will come back very soon.

So many things happened in this year 2020. I was so worried about my family and about our future. Felt like a Demon is going to overwhelmed us.Like we are going to see the end of humanity. Because everywhere God’s creation is losing their moral..

But still some positivity standing by our side. We cried..we fought and we learned.

I feel it is a total waste if I can not learn from this crucial situation. Every situation of this pandemic has taught me new lessons.Here are my learnings…

See the brighter side. Yes.. if you can not see the brighter side you can not stay positive.

Health is wealth. Though I know it but I realized in this 2020 that your biggest asset is your health.

Boost your immunity. The most important thing to do with our health is boost immunity. To fight with your enemy stay strong and build strength.

Feed your mind with positivity because mental health matters. Read books,keep journal,practise gratitude.

Family comes first.All I was trying to keep safe my family by taking utmost care.

Luxury doesn’t mean show off. Luxury means spending time with your near and dear one.

Don’t consume over.We need very few things to live happily.So, embrace minimalism. It does not mean less ;it means simplicity .

Love nature. We must know that what we did to the nature over and over was harming our enviroment.

Nature can heal itself. The whole pandemic situation had a great impact on nature. Clean rivers,beaches,green trees,clean air all had proved that nature has healing power.

Your financial condition matters a lot. What we do to make our living should be more strong. Because you need a financial support any time.

Be kind.Value others labour.Don’t lose your moral value.

However the year is going to end up. But hopes should not die.Always hope for the best. Hope has the power to keep you alive.

Nothing is permanent.This tough time will also pass. Though it is not so easy to stay positive at this crisis but we don’t have any other option. Don’t spread hatred .Spread love and be strong.
